Hearing assessment A full hearing test with one of our audiologists. Allow about half an hour. If you have a pension or DVA card, bring it — you may be eligible for help with the cost. About 30 minutes Hearing aid check A quick check, clean and adjustment of aids you already have. Bring your aids and, if you have them, your chargers or spare batteries. About 10 minutes Fitting or follow-up Fitting new hearing aids, or a follow-up after a recent fitting. About 30 minutes Ear impressions Moulds taken for custom earpieces or hearing protection. About 20 minutes Repair or troubleshooting Something not working as it should. Bring the aid and anything that came with it. About 20 minutes
