Hearing assessment
A full hearing test with one of our audiologists. Allow about half an hour. If you have a pension or DVA card, bring it — you may be eligible for help with the cost.

Hearing aid check
A quick check, clean and adjustment of aids you already have. Bring your aids and, if you have them, your chargers or spare batteries.

Fitting or follow-up
Fitting new hearing aids, or a follow-up after a recent fitting.

Ear impressions
Moulds taken for custom earpieces or hearing protection.

Repair or troubleshooting
Something not working as it should. Bring the aid and anything that came with it.

Children's hearing test
A hearing test for a child, with an audiologist used to working with them. Allow about half an hour, and bring any referral from your GP or child health nurse.
