What do you need?
Hearing assessment
A full hearing test with one of our audiologists. Allow about half an hour. If you have a pension or DVA card, bring it — you may be eligible for help with the cost.

Hearing aid check
A quick check, clean and adjustment of aids you already have. Bring your aids and, if you have them, your chargers or spare batteries.

Fitting or follow-up
Fitting new hearing aids, or a follow-up after a recent fitting.

Ear impressions
Moulds taken for custom earpieces or hearing protection.

Repair or troubleshooting
Something not working as it should. Bring the aid and anything that came with it.
